Please note that we exclusively supply wholesale to retailers and institutions. While we are always happy to assist with inquiries, we do not sell directly to individual consumers.
However, if we are unable to fulfill your request, we will gladly connect you with a trusted retailer in your region who can meet your needs!

Ordering :
We source out-of-stock products directly from manufacturers, ensuring availability unless the manufacturer itself is out of stock.
To explore the full range of products we can supply, you may visit the manufacturer’s website and place an order with us for the items you need.
Once your account is set up, we will provide you with wholesale pricing for your selected products. Orders can be placed via email and sent directly to your assigned sales representative.
Please note that returned or refused orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% if canceled more than 48 hours after the invoice has been confirmed. For any questions, feel free to contact us.
Payments :
We accept domestic payments via credit cards and bank transfers, while international payments are limited to PayPal or wire transfers. Credit card payments do not incur any processing fees.
A full advance payment of 100% of the invoice total is required at the time of order placement. Any applicable shipping charges are payable once the order is ready for dispatch. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for payments made via wire transfer; however, any shortages in your order will be credited to your account for use in future purchases.
At this time, we do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C).
Processing Times :
Most orders typically require 5 to 7 business days for processing, though some may be processed sooner.
Shipping to your freight forwarder adds an extra 3 to 4 days of transit time. Direct international shipments can take up to 10 business days for delivery, depending on the clearance speed at the destination port.
Shipping :
Orders can be shipped either to a freight forwarding company, as requested by the buyer, or directly to the customer's international location.
We primarily ship via UPS or FedEx. Customers also have the option to use their own cargo companies for ocean freight shipping.
Please be aware that certain products may be restricted from air shipping due to regulations. We recommend inquiring with us before placing an order.
Orders will be shipped only after the final payment has been received. Shipping charges are determined once the order is ready for dispatch.
International Customs and Licensing Requirements :
We may be able to provide food and health certificates for certain products we offer to assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses and/or approval documents from your local authorities. However, we strongly recommend that buyers consult their local customs authority regarding required licenses and approvals before placing an order.
Cake Brands USA is not responsible for shipments that are delayed or rejected by customs officials in the destination country due to missing or incorrect documentation.
Customers are responsible for all tariffs, duties, and taxes. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier and a valid tracking number has been provided, we are no longer liable for the order.
Licensed products cannot be shipped outside the U.S. or Canada.
